New year is a time to make a wish. So we did and Dahab was very generous with presents. Last month was really really windy!
Surprise
Once it happened a nice surprise and one more New Year present. The forecast promised 10 knots wind but instead we got whole 25! South wind blows once a year and always a nice present for all wind addicted as its stable, warm and strong. This time we were even more happy to get 3 hours session instead of normal one hour so all windsurfers and kiters were enjoying the waves while kids and their parents were having fun at the beach line.
Happy Kite is a shelter for windsurfers and Kates
During the NEw Year holiday a nice funny company checked in at our Happy Inn hotel. Those were our friends and colleagues from Vetratoria windsurf school. At the same time two girls both named Kate arrived for kitesurfing classes from Moscow. So, a warm and friendly atmosphere occurred during the evening BBQs, holiday celebrations and riding sessions.
Holiday time
Celebration time was devoted to the Russian tradition and lasted for few day. Guest were cooking special dishes like pancakes, Russian salads and pies. All enjoyed sharing the kitchen and dinner together, as well as evening walks, movie nights and other fun.
